Construction
In our selection process, we give preference to products that achieve their exceptional robustness through precise welding processes. Although we do not produce directly, we attach great importance to selecting suppliers whose welding methods are certified in accordance with DIN EN 1090 and meet the highest technological standards. This enables us to ensure that the products we offer benefit from the highest quality and durability of welded joints.
Painting
Environmental protection plays a major role in the paint shop. For optimal preparation of the coating, our products must be cleaned without residues. Instead of using chemical agents, we rely on dry ice cleaning, which is more environmentally friendly and somewhat more time-consuming. With this method, all surfaces and angles are optimally freed from residues. For painting, we use environmentally friendly high-solids industrial paints and an electrostatic process which, on the one hand, ensures paint application even in hard-to-reach places and, on the other, significantly reduces the amount of paint required, thus conserving valuable resources. Our recirculating air and halogen drying system works with heat recovery and is therefore also very environmentally friendly.
Final assembly
Here the product is finished according to the customer's requirements. Individual equipment features come into their own. For example, printed glass panes are used in the Shelter systems, the Mobile room systems are given a customized façade as well as windows, doors and interior fittings and our Notice boards are equipped with a text bar, LED lighting or heating elements for the winter exhibition, for example.
Preparation for transport
Before shipment, the finished products are thoroughly cleaned and receive customized packaging or complete film protection to optimally protect them from damage during transport. We also carry out transport preparations for air or sea freight to other continents.
